That was a fun year, and we could write a book on the forward steps we have made.

Collaboration is the key. Combine that with our expertise and something we used to take for granted, our friendliness and amiability and you have a winning team.
Next year we intend to continue our inroads into the high-end property market, with our office in Cabo Roig just the beginning.
Equity Release is at the stage where people are accepting this is a legitimate business opportunity. The “it's too good to be true” brigade is slowly coming around!! (We understand, there is nothing wrong with being sceptical!!) However, 2025 will see more and more elderly property owners freeing up their equity in their Spanish homes ethically through our Equity Release Investments. We hope to do as much as 24 million euro in private ER investing deals in the next 12 months. If you would like to get on board before the train leaves the station, as an agent or an investor, please do get in touch.
We want to be more sociable in 2025, and therefore, we will be appearing more and more online and specifically, for the first time on Instagram. No, we will never make a career in Hollywood, but please stay tuned as Irina shares our messaging, our values and our principles to an even bigger audience.
Spanish Homes Online - We have opened a new office.
Cabo Roig is a part of Spain that has always attracted foreign buyers. We have the perfect blend here of those looking for something that bit special. To help these buyers and sellers, we have opened a new office next to the large Tower in Cabo Roig.
Our resolutions going into a new year centre around what we have done since 2002. We love doing things differently to the other agents in the area.
For example:
1. We don’t need the “big commission” that a lot of agents aim for and we consider ourselves lucky to work FOR our clients, buyers and sellers.
2. Rather than closing the door to collaborators (and yes, potential competitors) we will continue working very closely with them. We often wonder if an agent does not collaborate, what are they trying to hide?
3. "You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar."
This saying emphasizes that kindness and friendliness are more effective in winning people over or achieving your goals than negativity or hostility. It highlights the value of being approachable and pleasant in building relationships and fostering cooperation.
