If our client, the current owner so wishes, she can buy the property back from our investor for 80,000 (+fees) anytime in the next three years. Guaranteeing a return of 30,000 euro minimum.
If on the other hand, the current owner does not wish to buy the property back, the investor can buy her Usufruct, (her 10 year lease) for just 100,000 euros.
