  • How do I request for a valuation?

    You can find out what your property is worth instantly by using our instant valuation tool or if you would prefer to meet face-to-face and get a more accurate estimate, you can book by filling out the valuation form. One of our experts will be in touch to confirm your valuation appointment.

  • How do I book a viewing?

    Once you’ve found a property you like, click the button to "Book a viewing" found on the property details page. This will take you to My Area and automatically add the property to your Portfolio giving you the option to select a preferred viewing time-slot

  • How do I submit an offer

    Once you find your perfect property you can make an offer through My Area or with your agent.

  • How can I report a maintenance issue

    You can call us on 0034727787419 or login to your customer portal to report any maintenance issue

  • How do I register my requirements?

  • How do I make a rental application?

    As soon as you've found a suitable property, you will need to complete reference application forms online. We utilise the services of a credit-referencing agency to take up the following references, such as confirmation of employment, salary confirmation, personal & Photographic identification, etc.

  • How can I view the sale progress of my property?

    Login to your customer portal to be kept in the loop with viewings, offers and every step of the sale’s progress, 24/7
